What is included with my pumpkin package?

Accepted Answer

All of our packages include porch-side delivery and styling of heirloom pumpkins and seasonal accents. Delivery is for easily accessible porches and stairs. Additional fees may apply if entryway is not easily accessible, there is not elevator access etc.
Pick up of items at end of season is not included in the packages but can be arranged for an additional fee. We cannot dispose of painted or carved pumpkins.

Question 2

When do you deliver my porch pumpkin package?

We work with local growers and distributors for our pumpkins. Availability generally begins in late September and continues thru October. When you book your package, we will schedule a date and tentative time. We generally only book one package per day. Delivery is done in the morning. Time TBD the week prior to your delivery.

Question 3

What to expect the day of delivery?

Accepted Answer

Poppin' Porch Decor's design team will arrive in the morning (generally between 8 and 10 am). We will set everything in place, down to the last detail. This can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours depending on the package you select. If you select fresh mums, we will water them upon delivery (if there is a water source available).

You do not need to be home for delivery. We will send you a photograph and/or video of the completed porch before we depart.

Question 4

How do I book my porch decor package?

Accepted Answer

Fill out the contact form for the package you are interested in, including any add-ons and special requests. If you can attach a photograph of the porch and the driveway access, that is greatly appreciated and will help avoid any last minute changes.

Our design team will contact you with a design plan and payment information. In order to secure your spot on our calendar, we require a 50% non refundable deposit. This deposit is applied to your total bill. Final payment is due 30 days prior to delivery (packages cannot be cancelled within this time frame).

What if I need to cancel my porch package?

Due to the nature of the product, we unfortunately do not offer refunds. The 50% deposit to secure your spot is non refundable. Final payment is due 30 days prior to delivery.

However, we know that things can sometimes happen - in these instances we can work with you to deliver your package to another location.

Question 6

How best to take care of your porch display

Accepted Answer

We use fresh, locally sourced pumpkins, which means every one is unique in shape, size, and color. We treat pumpkins before delivery to help extend their life, but:
We can’t guarantee longevity, as weather and animals can impact display time.
We’re unable to replace rotting pumpkins after setup.
Displays are best enjoyed on shaded or covered porches.
We recommend light misting if your porch is very dry and sunny.
